At Patrick Ta Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your email.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original mailer if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
